The Super Sniper adds increased support for boosted applications as well as more electronic input/output capability. While the original Sniper is available with four injectors (supporting up to about 650 naturally aspirated horsepower) the Super Sniper is available with either four injectors (up to 650 HP) or eight injectors (up to 1250 HP.) When choosing either the original or four injector Super Sniper for a boosted application, recognize that the increased fuel requirements of a boosted engine mean these will support about 525 boosted horsepower. If you expect your boosted engine will make more than that at any point in its future then opt for the eight injector Super Sniper.
Recognize that the airflow ratings of the original and Super Sniper throttle bodies are the same (800 CFM.) While the eight-injector Super Sniper has enough fuel capacity to support 1250 naturally aspirate HP, one would one expect to achieve such large horsepower through a throttle body of this size by significant power adders such as boost or nitrous. If you are planning to make over 800 HP on motor alone then you will probably be much better served by the Sniper 4500 Stealth EFI System.
