A EFI Fuel Tank System includes the tank, high-pressure EFI fuel pump, level sender. In most cases these are bolt-in replacements for the carburetor-style fuel tank that came in the car from the factory. We offer Fuel Tank Systems from Tanks Inc and Holley Sniper.
If you are upgrading an older chassis with EFI and need to upgrade your fuel system, let us make a recommendation based on lots of experience: If a direct-replacement EFI fuel tank system is available for your application, go that route. Not only will your installation be a step up on those who go with an inline fuel pump but you will also end up with a shiny new fuel tank with a brand new sender that will likely never need any sort of maintenance or replacement for the rest of the time you own the car.
Before you think we're just trying to sell you more stuff, consider this: The cost to completely replace the fuel tank with one of these beautiful fuel tank systems with pump and sender is only a few hundred dollars more than the components you will need just to replace your existing fuel pump with an inline fuel pump system. In both cases you're going to have to drop the tank, but with the Sniper system you are just going to replace it with a complete new tank rather than have to retro-fit a fuel return bulkhead into the original tank. And if your existing fuel level sender is on its way out, this becomes a no-brainer.
You can now order your Fuel Tank System with a 400 LPH fuel pump! Order any of the fuel tanks below and you'll see an option asking if you'd like to upgrade to the 400 LPH version from the 255 LPH version originally included in these kits. We recommend sticking with the 255 LPH fuel pump unless you are making over 600 HP, but if that is the case then you can now experience the goodness of the Tanks Inc or Holley Sniper EFI Fuel Tank System with the fuel flow capacity of the iconic Walbro / TI Automotive 400 LPH Fuel Pump. Already running a one of these fuel tank systems and want to upgrade your 255? No problem--choose the upgrade kit below. Or maybe you need to replace your existing fuel pump--we've got those too. Both of these kits include everything you need: Pump, filter, harness, insulator, and cable ties! (Note: Not all regulators have adequate return flow to handle 400 LPH of fuel. This upgrade may also require you to upgrade your fuel pressure regulator accordingly.)
