When buying injectors for a high performance engine, there are a few things you have to get right. Flows and dimensions are vital, of course, but even before that, you have to buy quality.
Even if they fit correctly, if they don't flow exactly the rated amount each time they fire, at both low and high RPM, then it could easily spell the end of your engine. That's why we sell only two makers of fuel injectors: Holley and Fuel Injector Development.
The charts below show the maximum horsepower capacity per fuel injector. To select the correct injector, divide the maximum potential horsepower capability of your engine by the number of injectors you will be using. Then, find the column heading that describes your engine. Now, slide down that column and find the first horsepower number that exceeds the number you calculated above. This row represents the lowest-flowing injector that will meet your horsepower requirements. Confirm the impedance in the last column.
The Holley EFI fuel injectors in this chart fit all manifolds that can accomodate an LS1 injector, including the GM LS1/LS6, GM LT1 (91-96), and most Ford V8s with factory intake manifold. Almost all Holley EFI aftermarket EFI intakes also can accomodate this injector. Some people refer to these as "EV1 Style" injectors but, depending on the frame of reference, that can mean different things. Rather than rely on an EV number, confirm your length and connector requirements against the attributes in the product pages. Impedance is dependent on the flow-rate, as shown in the chart below. If you are looking for a higher-flowing high impedance fuel injector in the 64mm length than what Holley EFI offers, check out the Fuel Injector Developments injectors. These Holley EFI injectors support both Gasoline and E-85. The 220 PPH injector additionally supports Methanol.

All Terminator X Fuel Injectors in this chart fit all manifolds that can accomodate an LS3 injector, including the GM LS3/LS7 engine with factory intake manifold. Most aftermarket Holley EFI manifolds include brackets that allow the use of this LS3-style injector (in addition to the LS1-style injector. Some people refer to these as EV6 injectors but be sure to confirm that the length and connector will fit your application and don't base your selection simply on that often-misused EV label. All Terminator X fuel injectors are high impedance. These Terminator X Fuel Injectors support both Gasoline and E-85.

Why do we call Fuel Injector Development the "Easy Button" for buying high impedance fuel injectors? Because their amazing availability of lengths, connectors, and o-ring sizes means we can generally get you the right fuel injector for any application. We offer Fuel Injector Development injectors in any of the most common lengths (60, 48, or 34mm), with most common electrical connectors (Jetronic, USCAR, Delphi), and in the most common o-ring sizes (11, 14, 15mm) plus special o-rings (Honda, Delphi, Nissan GTR.) Just pick the flow you need from the chart below, describe your application and tell us how many injectors you want. You'll receive injectors of the right length with the right o-rings and electrical connector (or adapters there-to.) Install and drive. Easy!
