This is the top of the line as far as Holley's inline EFI Fuel Pumps. 1800 PPH (free-flow) capability, this pump is compatible with race gas, E-85 and Diesel. Works with pump gas at ambient temperatures below 90 degrees. Flows 156 GPH (43 PSI), 142 GPH (60 PSI) - At 13.8 Volts. Need more fuel? Apply more voltage! This pump keeps cranking out fuel at voltages up to 18.5 VDC.
What Fuel Pressure Regulator Will Work With This Pump?
While we have seen conflicting opinions about this, even within Holley's documentation, whenever using a fuel pump capable of feeding 800 HP or more we immediately recommend the Holley VR-Series EFI Fuel Pressure Regulator. While it is possible that a smaller regulator might work (that is, not be overwhelmed by the fuel flow this pump produces, leading to fuel pressure spikes) the modest difference in price is easily worth it for the peace of mind.
