When Holley first released the Sniper EFI System they included these components in the kit.  Alas, as part of cost-cutting measures they now make them available as an option, a measure they also took with the previously-included throttle linkage and kickdown brackets.  If you don't need this then no worries.  If you do need this then here it is, ready to order.  Enjoy!
