This adapter is offered to allow you to use the OE (3-bolt) throttle body on the MSD Atomic AirForce Intake Manifolds, which are built to accept a 4-bolt throttle body. It may also work to adapt the OE LS throttle body to other 4-bolt throttle body flanges but we cannot confirm that at this time.
